SHIPPING

All shipping is via Royal Mail and shipping rates include postage and packing.

We ship Tuesday - Friday from our store in Bath. 

Domestic

Orders up to 2kg in weight are a flat rate of £6 within the UK.

For orders over 2kg in weight please contact us for a quote.

International

We offer international shipping and worldwide delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed* for orders up to 2kg in weight. The maximum weight that can be shipped in one international parcel is 2kg. If you are ordering goods that total more than 2kg in weight you will need to place two or more separate orders.

Packaging as well as the goods you purchase will be taken into account to calculate the weight of the order.

For customers in the EU who orders a value below 150 Euro, your orders will be subject to your country’s sales tax, which will be included on your bill at the checkout. VAT is collected on your behalf so that you will not be charged any additional import tax and will not be subject to additional delays when your order passes through customs borders between the UK and the EU.

If the total value of your order is above 150 Euro, all sales tax will be removed from your bill and your order will be subject to customs and import charges when it passes through to your local custom’s authority. This means you may be charged VAT or duty before your order is released from customs.

All international parcels outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivery at Place) which means that any customs/duty or import taxes incurred upon arrival in your country are your responsibility. We have no control over what charges may be incurred by the courier or local authorities upon arrival at the destination country. 

International post and packing charges are calculated by weight and are as follows:

Up to 0.500kg - £10.38
Up to 0.750kg - £11.50
Up to 1.000kg - £12.61
Up to 1.500kg - £14.83
Up to 2.000kg - £17.06

*There are some locations that RoyalMail don’t offer an International Tracked & Signed service. In this case we use the Standard International service. Countries include Norway, Australia and India.

A note about RoyalMail

Royal Mail is our preferred shipping service for several reasons. Unfortunately tracking doesn't always update the way we wish it would and sometimes the tracking will say that Royal Mail hasn't yet received the parcel when in fact we have handed it off to them. 

Once the parcel has been handed to Royal Mail we have no control over what happens to it or how long it will take. On very rare occasion a parcel does go missing. Parcels aren't deemed "missing" until 30 working days have passed, at this point we can make a claim with Royal Mail for the missing item and replace or refund the item for you. Over the years, we have had very few parcels officially go missing, sometimes they just take a while to turn up, so please be patient.
